Main responsibilities:

• Monitoring the condition of the complex and the functioning of all infrastructure amenities.
• Repair of water supply, heating, and gas supply systems in case of accidents.
• Management of personnel involved in the maintenance of the complex.
• Collection of funds and payment of bills for the maintenance of the house.
• Provision of reports to the Management Company

Requirements for the candidate:

• ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues;
• ability to find a way out of difficult situations and resolve possible conflicts;
• excellent knowledge of Russian, English, and Turkish (knowledge of other foreign languages ​​will be considered an advantage);
• having a driver’s license will be a plus.
