Okurcalar, Western Alanya

16.09.2025

Okurcalar is a resort area on the Mediterranean Sea, part of Alanya. It is located 26–30 kilometers from the city center and is the closest location to Antalya Airport (94 km). Public transport regularly connects the district with Manavgat, Antalya, and Alanya.

The area has a resort atmosphere, with large hotels along the first coastline. One of the most famous markets in the region is located here — Alara Grand Bazaar, where you can buy clothes, souvenirs, and Turkish sweets. Along the D-400 highway, there are Migros, Bim, and other supermarkets, as well as pharmacies and small shops. The district has a Turkish high school and a regular school, while for larger educational and medical facilities, residents usually go to nearby Avsallar.

For leisure and entertainment, Okurcalar offers the Aqua Fun City water park, as well as restaurants highly rated on travel platforms: Palm Restaurant & Bar, Chiko, Roberts Cafe, Nokta, and others. They serve Turkish and European cuisine, and there are also bars and cafés with terraces.

The beaches are spacious and well-maintained, the sea is clean and transparent. In some places, the coastline takes on picturesque rocky shapes, creating beautiful landscapes. Just a few kilometers away, you will find forests, mountain trails, and a river with areas for camping and picnics. All this makes Okurcalar especially attractive for lovers of active outdoor recreation.

The housing stock of the district is still in the development stage. There are more free land plots here than in other parts of Alanya. New residential complexes with hotel-style infrastructure are being built, each project large-scale and consisting of several blocks. The buildings are low-rise, with many residences and villas close to nature. Prices at the construction stage are among the most attractive, making real estate investment here especially promising.

Real estate and housing stock: apartment residences with infrastructure, standard resale properties, and villas. The development is low-rise, with many hotels on the first and second coastlines. There are also many agricultural lands.
