Ciplakly, Northern Alanya

18.09.2025

Çıplaklı is a quiet residential area, located after the coastal Cikcilli. It is situated beyond the new Alanya Çevre Yolu ring road, north of Alanya city center. The district stretches along the mountains, offering beautiful views everywhere.

From the southernmost point of Çıplaklı to the sea is only 1.5 km, and the city center is also nearby. Çıplaklı has municipal primary and middle schools. Other private and public educational institutions are 10–30 minutes away. Nearby is the private Alanya American International School. Bus routes connect the district with the city center and the Oba district.

Here is the new largest educational campus — ALKÜ Cikcilli Yerleşkesi of Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat University (ALKÜ). Medicine, dentistry, health sciences, arts, design, and architecture will be studied here. There will also be a molecular medicine center, a clinic, and research laboratories.

Çıplaklı has a lot of residential real estate and few commercial properties. But there are basic shops, pharmacies, cafes, Turkish fast-food outlets, and small chain supermarkets. With the development of the university campus, new infrastructure facilities will appear. Many new complexes and construction projects are being built. Mostly, these are large residences with 2–4 blocks and spacious grounds. There is also an older residential stock, simple Turkish houses.

The district is suitable for those looking for a quiet place to live but close to the city center and the sea. It is also suitable for purchasing investment property for rental purposes.
