Despite having a smaller amount of infrastructure, Kargıcak is located right next to the densely built and well-developed Mahmutlar. It is 14 km from the center of Alanya and only 25 km from the new Gazipaşa Airport, which makes the district convenient both for living and vacation.
Kargıcak is known for its picturesque landscapes and views of the Taurus Mountains, which protect the area from winds, as well as its pine forest and the sea. On the first line, there are modern low-rise residential buildings, while on the second line you’ll find villas and townhouses. About 30 hotels operate here.
Kargıcak’s beach stretches for 5 km, with fine pebbles, some sandy areas, and a gentle entrance to the sea. Along the promenade, there are walking and sports zones, the Plumeria Mall shopping center, a sea-view restaurant, a large Migros, and a farmer’s market. The area also has various chain supermarkets, services, cafes, restaurants, and schools, including a newly built one.
In Kargıcak, you can buy a villa — there is a wide selection of both detached houses and villas within gated complexes with full infrastructure. The drawback is that most of them are located farther from the sea. However, the views open up to all of Alanya, the mountains, and the sea. There are also many new apartment projects near the beaches, as Kargıcak is actively developing.
Here you can enjoy parasailing, water skiing, and catamaran rides. It is a peaceful district for those who value clean sea, uncrowded beaches, while still having developed infrastructure and good transport connections.
