Incekum is a picturesque and quiet district located 25 kilometers west of Alanya’s city center. Its name translates as “fine sand,” which is the main treasure of the area. Here you will find 4 kilometers of the famous golden beach with a shallow entrance to the sea, comfortable for children. The district is located near Avsallar, and Antalya Airport is only about 90 km away. Regular buses and minibuses connect Incekum with Alanya and neighboring areas.
The atmosphere of Incekum combines the coziness of a resort town and the richness of nature. The district is surrounded by pine forests, and its main natural attraction is the pine camping park Incekum Nature Park, covering 271 hectares with picnic and walking areas. The beach here is a unique bay in the forest, without waves, suitable for fishing and diving.
On the first coastline there are large hotels such as Incekum Su Hotel and Özkaymak Incekum Hotel, offering full services: swimming pools, spas, sports zones, and restaurants. Nearby you can find cafés and bars with high ratings: Ruzgar Cafe Bar, Isa’s Restaurant, Alaadin Beach Restaurant, as well as popular chains like Pizza Pizza and Burger King. Along the highway and near the hotels there are shops, small supermarkets, and a hospital. For larger medical and educational institutions, residents and visitors go to Antalya, nearby Avsallar, or the center of Alanya.
The beaches of Incekum are among the best in the Mediterranean and are listed among the top 10 beaches in Europe. They feature fine golden sand, wide shores with cafés and sunbeds, parking, and a gentle entrance into the water. Visitors come here not only from other parts of Alanya but also from Antalya. For active recreation, water sports such as jet skiing, diving, and boat trips are available.
The housing stock of the district is still limited, with most of the first line occupied by hotels. However, Incekum is gradually being developed with new residential complexes, and demand for real estate here is growing. Construction is mostly low-rise, surrounded by nature. New residences are ideal for holidays or investment in rental opportunities.
