The districts of Cumhuriyet and Cikcilli are located next to the city center. Cumhuriyet is closer to the sea, while Cikcilli is beyond the D-400 highway but still near the coast.

Within and near the districts, there are universities, HEP schools, and colleges, including the best and most popular private ones.
Throughout the districts, there are butcher shops, grocery stores, bakeries, pharmacies, and 24-hour mini-markets. There is a Saturday farmers’ market.
Numerous bus routes run here, and there are many taxi stands. Fitness centers and spas operate. Cafes and restaurants are everywhere. The large municipal hospital is located in the neighboring Oba district.
These districts have large modern residential complexes and villas with pools and green areas, as well as many simple Turkish houses.
