In Tosmur, the nearest supermarket is within easy reach, and it takes 10–15 minutes to get to Alanyum Mall, METRO, and other shopping giants of Alanya. The district is convenient in every way and small in size. Only 5 km from the city center, schools, kindergartens, colleges, and Keykubat University are easily accessible. Apartments in Tosmur sell out quickly, and there is always a limited number of listings. The secondary market in Tosmur offers large green areas in residential complexes, which is rare in the city center.
On the eastern border of the district flows the Dim-Çay river with a well-equipped and beautiful promenade. Being a mountain river, it brings cool air to Tosmur and the waters of the Mediterranean at the local beach during the heat. The beach itself is considered one of the best — comfortable and quiet, without crowds. Closer to the mountains along the river are famous colorful restaurants and water recreation zones.
The population of Tosmur is about 10,000 people. There is an outdoor farmers’ market on Thursdays. Many supermarkets, furniture stores, bakeries, butcher shops, fresh vegetable and fruit shops, and numerous restaurants and cafes are available. Tosmur is beautiful, compact, and well-developed. Public transport runs through the district to the city center, along the promenade, and along the main D-400 highway.
