Türkler is a coastal district of Alanya, located about 15 kilometers from the city center. The population is around 4,800 people. It is known for its sandy beaches, holiday atmosphere, and developed tourist infrastructure.
Türkler is a hub of tourist life, home to large 5-star hotels, including well-known international brands. Tourism is the main driver of development here. The district offers a dolphinarium and the Sealanya aquapark, a funfair, many restaurants, cafés, shops, car rental services, and travel agencies.
The beaches are cozy bays with piers and breakwaters, providing comfortable swimming. Beach Clubs offer a vibrant leisure experience. The mountain river Kargı flows through the district into the sea, creating picturesque landscapes. For active recreation, there are sports grounds, cycling paths, and walking routes.
Social facilities are concentrated in the nearby districts of Konaklı and Avsallar, where schools, hospitals, and shopping centers are located. Nevertheless, Türkler itself provides all the necessary resort infrastructure for living and vacation.
Transport accessibility is convenient: along the D-400 coastal highway, buses and minibuses run every 5–10 minutes, connecting Türkler with Alanya, Manavgat, and other areas. The distance to Gazipaşa Airport is about 55 kilometers, and to Antalya Airport — 95 kilometers.
The district is developing rapidly: modern premium-class residential complexes with rich infrastructure are being built here. Türkler attracts both tourists and investors, combining comfortable living, a high level of service, and strong prospects for the real estate market.
Real estate and housing stock: apartments in new residential complexes, hotel-type projects with impressive infrastructure, and high rental potential.
